Hi everyone.. My name is jack and i am 26 year old guy. My weight is 85 Kg and my body is bulky. I want to gain muscles and lose fat. I don't want to use any supplements or fat burner medicine. Any tip for losing fat and gaining muscles naturally?

Most of the people donít have much time to go to gym; therefore, they prefer performing workouts which can be done inside a house. However, if they can gain most by spending less time at the gym, there is no harm sparing some time and visit a gym. Skin Care Tips

To lose a lot of body fat, you need to do cardio. To gain a lot of muscle, you need to do resistance training. However, that's a very broad and sweeping answer.
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator that you can find online. This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both. So If you're wondering lose stomach fat fast in just a week or so, I would suggest you to be consistent and regular. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk foods, exercise regularly. Both cardio and weight training is necessary in this matter.
